Job Description: Five Star Complete Restoration is actively seeking a mitigation project manager who is professional, goal-oriented, and a strong leader and team player. As a mitigation project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling a team of technicians. Orchestrating jobs, ensuring job and customer satisfaction, working directly with insurance adjusters, and general maintenance and cleaning of equipment and material.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform emergency response water mitigation and fire mitigation
- Ability to perform mold remediation (demolition and cleaning per IICRC requirements)
- Receiving of initial emergency mitigation services phone call, assessment of client needs and requirements for project set-up and writing work orders
- Coordinate and supervise work on emergency mitigation services (developing drying plans, providing project documentation, etc.)
- Writing estimates and coordinating with insurance companies
- Working supervision of mitigation team
- Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Communicate with management and customers
- Perform on-call rotation as needed
- Complete jobs successfully and obtain certification of satisfaction and completion
Experience & Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of (2 – 3) years in damage restoration IICRC certifications preferred.
- Xactimate experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record for past three (3) years
- Must pass criminal background check
- Well-groomed; well-mannered
- Physically capable of performing required tasks
- Reliable (after hours on-call)
- Schedule flexibility including weekend availability

If you have experience in either the construction industry or as a restoration professional, we’d love to speak to you. Five Star Complete Restoration offers full-service emergency services for fire, water, and mold damage restoration for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Five Star Complete Restoration is responsible for the execution, supervision, and overall coordination of a project. We are available 24/7 for emergency services including, but not limited to fire smoke, water & mold damage. We also restore damaged commercial & residential properties. The ideal candidate is someone that has integrity, and a willingness to learn new skills. Requirements:

- Communicate details of all assignments such as detailed drawings, moisture mapping, temperature readings, dehumidifier readings, customer concerns and requests, and all other tasks considered customary and standard for a mitigation technician
- Ability to work in high places and in tight spaces
- Capable of working in fire, smoke and/or water damage environments that have potential for mold & mildew
Helpful but not required:
- IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software
- Experience in the construction, restoration, or property insurance industry
- Experience in fire and water mitigation

Our estimators are tasked with responding to, estimating, and managing new restoration repair projects due to water damage, fire damage, and mold damage in residential homes. In this position you will be responsible for estimating repairs and remodels to residential homes, managing and recruiting tradespeople, having the flexibility to respond to emergency situations, and managing jobs while ensuring they are completed in a timely manner with the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction to which our clients are accustomed. We also work with insurance companies by getting paperwork and estimate to them through adjusters and insurance programs.
